Noel Redmon has been teaching art at the Webb School for more than nine years after earning degrees in both theatre and a masters in art education. She spends most of her artistic energy focused on the growing talents of her students, but finds time to stretch her own fingers in a studio on occasion. As an artist, she works in a variety of mediums, in both 2-D and 3-D work. Interested in manipulating textures and working abstractly, she often finds herself looking to nature or to her two young sons for inspiration.
“What an honor it is,” says Redmon, “to work in a school that puts a tremendous amount of energy into bringing the visual arts to campus through its guest artist program and with this art show!”
